Kipi’s Empower, Engage and Nurture (KEEN) Program
Our Program:
Kipi’s Empower, Engage and Nurture (KEEN) Program, our Scholarship Program is intended for college graduates with a degree in Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science. It is designed to provide the platform to be Trained and Certified in Snowflake for underrepresented individuals - or coming from lower-income families and struggling to find a position in the market. Our platform will enable them to learn, explore, train, and become certified in Snowflake along with necessary tools, thereby expanding their market competitiveness and opening new doors into the Snowflake ecosystem.
Our Vision:
With this program, we want to provide a platform for engineering/IT grads from underrepresented families impacted by social or economical situations to get trained and certified in Snowflake to build their career. We truly hope that this program can change the lives of many individuals. The scholarship program is a company-funded program.
We're now expanding the program and giving employees the option to refer candidates to the program.

This program that includes:
- Training and intensive learning
- Skill-building
- Upskilling to industry standards
- Personality development
- Stipend
Eligibility:
- Indian nationals only between the ages of 18 and 23
- Diploma/Degree holder preferably in the field of Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognised university (students pursuing the course and are in the 4th year - 8th Semester, and those awaiting their results are also eligible to apply)
- For underrepresented individuals - or coming from lower-income families and struggling to find a position in the market. Financial Statement of need and proof of financial income from the applicant will be required at the time of processing the candidature
- Applicants must not be in receipt of any other scholarship or holding another internship/job
- Company Discretion - Kipi reserves the right to accept or reject any applicatioN
