Position Overview: As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Kipi.Bi you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to effectively engage with prospects and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, processes, and tools to enhance the productivity and performance of our sales team. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the sales process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Enablement Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
    • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement initiatives to address gaps and enhance efficiency.
  2. Content Development:
    • Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop relevant content that resonates with target audiences and addresses customer pain points.
  3. Sales Training and Onboarding:
    • Design and deliver sales training programs to equip sales representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
    • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and accelerate their time to productivity.
  4. Sales Tools and Technology:
    • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools and technology platforms to streamline sales processes and improve effectiveness.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales team members on the use of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales software solutions.
  5. Performance Analytics:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track progress over time.
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to gather feedback, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales enablement role within the technology or data industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Certification in sales enablement (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional) is a plus.
